Sorry this question may have been answered already, but if RG ends the offer, is he allowed to immediately start buying shares on the market? ( and of course report the new shares he buys - I don’t know how often he has to report ) Or is there a wait period before he can resume buying new shares on the market? And if he terminates the offer and buys shares on the market does he just need to reach 90% to get compulsory acquisition? And if he reaches 90% just buying shares on the market what is the price he has to pay the remaining 10% of shares?
