    re: scottyg71 Andrew at present under old school definition, IBR is a start up. Becomes a producer once has 12mths production at target level under belt. As if any problems come to light, tends to occur 1st 12mths ala BDG. Many say ideal time to buy is 6mths before commencement of production, and need to be patient for 18mths to ahieve a fair valuation, ie end of this year. Patience is the key.
