you're wrong. all the reports I've read are saying all China is doing is moving things around. countries are now buying Aussie coal that didn't buy before because the Chinese are buying coal from other countries at higher prices. secondly La Niña is causing a cooler winter in the Southern Hemisphere leading to higher demand.
on top of that glencore, along with other miners, is cutting supply to push prices higher.
