I like modest expectations Quasar, so 6 months will do me too - around the time Century is about to close and LME inventories may be well below 400,000 tonnes, lowest for five years and capable of sorts of triggers. At the rate stocks are falling now, at around 50,000 tonnes per month, might even be around 300,000 - whoa, very exciting.

Final approval could well happen earlier - without wanting to put the knockers on. The authorities want this project to proceed and have identified it to be fast-tracked. They have pretty much approved it subject to community feedback, which may well have commenced.

But six months will do me nonetheless.
