I'll tell you what Daly, since your big on challenges, mine to you is and I know this is going to be a massive task for you so please feel unashamed to ask somebody for help.
I want you to get a dictionary and look up the definition of the word "CON-STRUC-TIVE", once you've managed that then put that word in the context of the phrase criticism. CON-STRUC-TIVE criticism. Because it seems you are asking others of something you have very little or zero understanding of.
I definitely won't be holding my breath for an outcome.
