That has been a dangling carrot long ago that was forming just pre-GFC and I don't buy it anymore. If you look back at history, both Glencore and Nystar bought at much higher prices and although it was small change for them, they are still sitting on a large draw down at the moment.

I'll give you a hint which JD doesn't like people knowing, take a look at the top 20 and see if you can spot someone important and very wealthy beside top 1 & 2. It is not obvious and you have to peel a layer of camouflage before you can 'see' it.

And yes the deposit is humongous but sadly the way all the other commodities are playing out I don't see Zinc being an exception. BUT for the patient IF the world suddenly changes to a growth induced rally, this can be a multi-Billion market cap. It drew me in for a long time but I got staled out if there is such an expression!
