SPP timing is not helping but its still 34% above CR Price which is not too bad at all. I think people are just waiting to see 2 points:
1. ML Approval
2. Revised figures from China Non Ferrous to see how viable this project really is. Currently its 0.71c break even. If China Non Ferrous come back with something special I think we will get a move along pretty quickly.
The 2 above points say 3-6 months. All we can hope for is Zinc to keep doing its thing. All the people I talk to are just watching and waiting.
