It is a possibility the mining licence may come with a deal for the Greenland government to acquire an interest in the mine. That would solve any issues relating to the government feeling it is not getting enough return from the operation. Similar to Mongolia and Oyu Tolgoi. Seems the most logical solution to me and I hope it has been proposed.
