    This has been happening for months. There is definitely price control happening, the question is why? Could one of our esteemed large shareholders have a broker on the case to maintain some form of holding pattern until the licence is granted so they can swoop in with an opportunistic low ball offer? I'm speculating and honestly have no idea what the game is, but someone is controlling this and has been for a while
