Would be interesting to see, do wonder if the forecasting business has had a bit of a shock with the pandemic. They shouldn't be too hard on themselves, unless they saw 2020 coming in 2015, then they damn well should.
If the World Bank was referring to a 19% increase for the year from October, they weren't far off and off the top of my head we're looking at mid 2700s October next year.
Of course that's their prediction, mine is it will probably be a number greater than zero.
