I should have used a calculation to illustrate but was too lazy to go to the DFS for actual $$ for the asset and I am not an analyst
but put it another way in very simple $$ terms:

The current MC is $54M at $0.043 per share
if an asset sale generated ONLY $150 M that equates to $0.12 per share

If they sold it for $200M = $0.16 per share
If they sold it for $250M = $0.20 per share

I would not mind $0.20 per share as a fall back option

The post- tax free cash flow of the project is nearly $1.5 Billion- so $250 M would be a steal

If someone is good with figures can they estimate what an asset sale could generate- thanks in advance
