Thanks for all the feedback. Some of the responses have been informative.
I'm sure there will be challenges, but there is a absolutely wopping resource here. If it can be financed, it will be built - the financial backers will need to be satisfied before handing over the cash.
Considering the scale of the resource, I wonder if any of the big boys will partner up for a bigger plant...
