I can't read that link, subscriber only but I'll take your word on Glencore. I have always suspected Glencore or Nystar are the culprits stalling the project behind close door. A few years back they funded another Zinc project in Zambia from memory then closed it down for economic reasons at the time when POZ was collapsing. They had a decade to pull their finger out. I did question after waiting myself as a LT holder trapped with fundamentals out of this world but seeing the SP literally going nowhere. I cleared out many years ago but each time I return to contemplate I couldn't make a good case for the funding as time diluted the holders. The recent huge raising when the SP was at the pits would have me fuming on massive dilutions if I were a holder.

Extend "working capital" for a few more years or there is money to sink in for that elusive funding? A question on the holder's mind no doubt.
