Yes, you make a very valid point. Couldn't have put it better myself. I also think they will say yes.....when is the question, and it is important.

When we first became involved in IBG in July 2006 (?? I think this was) they were saying its a 2014 story when the shortage hits. Then as time progressed they changed it up and it became a 2015/16 story. Then about 2014 people started saying no its a 2017 story, then, no, a 2018 story. And then I see someone posting a few weeks ago saying if the get a move on we might make "the last half'of the zinc window".

So time is quite imperative.

Regarding zinc price (all commodity price) and US rate hikes, personally, I don't believe the US will hike rates in September, and I don't think they will hike this year. They seem to always put a hike on the table for the following month and then pull it back off when they get there.

I'm no FX guru, I only play in that area on my own behalf. I Think Average Joe is more knowledgeable about currencies and I was hoping he would comment.
