Keep in mind the previous run came to a screaming halt when Wallis-Mance sold 32,054,790 shares out of their 117,000,000.
It was just enough to ensure that Wallis-Mance was no longer a Substantial Holder, and could now sell further shares on market without having to disclose the sale.
The market did not like it, and thus ended the run.
