IBN: re rate on its way.. hidden gem, page-41

Alex just called me, and he has officially confirmed that IBN has an exclusive deal to sell 31 Apartments at TheBurcham.

This is IBN's FIRST EVER EXCLUSIVE DEAL!!!

The relationships we are building are now starting to bear fruit. Our presence in the market place is growing, as is our reputation.
We are targeting business through direct marketing and exclusive agency which will result in additional sales annually, and will enable us to meet our forecasts more readily in the next 12 months and beyond.

Alex has advised that the market is still very challenging, but we are meeting the challenge with increased marketing and quality property offerings.

Some of the other issues that have been mentioned on the forum, however, Alex cannot discuss, as they would start to encroach on the areas of Market Sensitive or Price Sensitive information. We are fortunate, however, as a little speccie company to have management that is prepared to engage with it's small investors. This is very rare in the market.

TheBurcham on it's own, will not have a major immediate effect on our financials, but it is a very important strategic development.
