Anyone got a view on why IBR price is declining?
If the deal doesnt go ahead I fear the price will go back to the mid 60's - probably lower as there seems to be some sort of problem happening in Armenia based on the lack of drilling and no clarity on this gravity plant.
IBr holders out there should vote for the deal or we could end up getting screwed - price declining, cash probably declining and another capital raising likely very far under water to the last one.
Like the storty with IBR but without the merger I do wonder if this wont just continue to slide? Its interesting that the IBR price is no higher now that when the bid was announced which shows no-one actually thinks its worth any more than what is being paid for.
Put in my acceptance today and hopingt like hell you all do the same. Anyone notice copper is at US$3.40/lb? Grab the TMR and run, folks.
