Around 80% of IBR shares are owned by the top 20 share holders. I think the success of the merger surely will depend on what they do. If the copper price keeps moving upwards; I would surely say "merger will be the best thing". The SP will move once the uncertainty is over. All IMO only. DYOR is worth.
