Posted my acceptance today - pretty obvious that there's a concentrated (dare I say Insider) effort to keep the IBR price down until the deal is done.... who wouldn't sign up for an extra 9c per IBR share what with the 'suppressed' IBR price we are seeing these days. I sure did. Obviously if IBR was up at 85c things may be a bit different.
Fact is it'll all be hearsay within a couple of months when the joint reserves of both companies are increased and production/cashflow figures start coming in. This is one to hold for a minimum of six months and everyone will be rewarded. Been a long previous six months with gains only for those willing to top up at the bottom end (55c +/- 5c). Paper profits and not that amazing, but the best is yet to come IMO.
