I'd be extremely surprised if the merger doesn't go ahead as it's in the best interest of IBR holders for sure.
I bought 30,000 shares today at 71c which means once converted, I get each TMR share at 17.75c which is a significant discount to the current price.
Keep in mind that even at 20c, I believe TMR is HIGHLY UNDERVALUED and I can see it trading at 25-30c easily by end of the year.
This is a BARGAIN BUY imho.
