The abstracts for papers and posters for this quadrennial conference were submitted back in January.

Livett couldn't submit an abstract promising human results since they didn't have any. The poster as described appears to go over old ground and seems to offer nothing new.

Even if the presenters don't make any last minute changes in the presentation, which I believe they would be allowed to make in order to include the latest research, a very positive announcement just in advance of the Saturday poster presentation would be very effective in garnering a lot of publicity.
