mmmm, It is a little hard to follow, but I assume it is positive as geared towards long term goals. After a quick review, not sure how it would work with UNI now responsible for the Engineering & automation business unit cost centre. Surely if UNI is responsible for all those costs which IBS would normally incure, it would make it a lot lot easier for IBS to reach their EBITDA goals and receive their extra shares / options. Please refute me if I am wrong. Either way it appears that exciting things are happening with IBS. Particularly like the part about a new product line which could be coming out soon, of which the directors get 10% gross profit (is that after uNI pays for any applicable "Engineering & Automation business unit costs). One would have to assume not as it would not seem fair.
