I think part of the business strategy is to visit every buyer personally at home and have at least one hour chat. Can't find any other explanation to having so many employees.

The reason I invested in this company is because my business is also based 100% online without any need to keep stock, so I know how profitable it can be. It seems though that we should buy "The Lean Start Up" book as a Christmas present to the management.
