very smart gobble, agree. looks a few management ex. options at 1c, then a raising of $400K or so was completed at 1.2c mostly management (i hearing) and then the soph $1million at 1.2. and also minoil bang on, looks like will need to be another cr to complete all acquisitions, i hoping that it goes to one party, a big fund or private investor, but it would be good to go into tight hands and one player. in my view this will be whats needed to really get this thing going. gltah.
