IBX Chart, page-8

Hey people, I was pretty bored yesterday so I pulled up the list of Top 10 shareholders and did some research.

Top 10 as it currently stands is (use URL https://www.61financial.com.au/en-au/prices/no_group/IBX to get this):-

The top 7 down to Robert Reveley are all US entities:-

1. Imagion was spun off from Manhattan Scientifics and so they own almost 20% of the register as part of that deal
2. Kemper Shaw is American based (found on Google)
3. Drake Special Situations LLC is a US based Mining Intelligence Company (https://www.miningintelligence.com/company/41357/drake-special-situations-llc/)
4. Board of Regents of The University of Texas System is a US based university as the name suggests, sounds like a government body if you read the blurb in this link (https://www.utsystem.edu/offices/board-regents)
5. Anthony Falliace is the owner of the number 3 entity, Drake Management (https://www.carnegiecouncil.org/people/anthony-faillace)
6. Toby Chandler is a co-founder of LA based hedge fund SEAL Capital and interestingly is on the BOD of ASX:SMN (Structural Monitoring Systems)
7. Robert Reveley is US based and is the Chairman and obviously also on the BOD of ASX:SMN (Structural Monitoring Systems)

What does all this mean? Not a lot really but it highlights the fact that the top 7, who own 44% of the company are American based and there is no single Australian with a major stake in this company. As I've said before, IBX is listed on the ASX but it's essentially a US company.

What does that mean? If nothing else, you would think that FDA approval will be easier to get (given that we smash it in the trials) I would have thought given that all activities are being undertaken in the US and the FDA will more than likely be very familiar with the people undertaking the trials and will be working very closely with them; the FDA breakthrough designation means we'll get a higher priority than normal as well.
