It's too late to sell the heads to fund the options. The funds upon selling would be locked up before becoming withdrawable.
Unless using emergency cash, selling the heads, then after a few days keeping the proceeds as the emergency funds again.
So selling pressure should slowly reduce for the next few weeks from now.
