    I'm a big incentives advocate and ive pushed the incentives thing pretty hard with Bob on a number of occasions.
    He's advised that it has been frequently reviewed at the executive level and has been proposed a number of times to the principal investigator and she is the roadblock.
    She has ethical issues it.
    There's no point forcing your PI to do something she's averse to.
    We need her onside 100%.
    Frustrating I know.
