The directors are fully acountable, they have known and been aware of what has been going on, they are just as bad as Bob if not worse because they have not tried to stop the rot, this company is a justifiable lawsuit in the making, asic would be fully aware although we have not had a ticket off them yet for the decline in share price. Everyone has to complain to be rid of Bob.
