Directors must act for the benefit of the company as a whole. This means that directors must act in the interest of all members or shareholders.Salurious do you think this is what Bob and the other directors have been doing,our share price has just been through a 40 to 1 consolidation and has nearly halved again, something stinks about this, they are up to something,does this look like they are acting in our best interests, any new investor be aware this is not a share you need to be in, my thoughts only.
