    I am not sure how you get the $4500 and 150,000 shares from 100,000 options with an exercise price of 3c.

    My take is you pay $3000 and get 100,000 shares so your investment of $1400 plus $3000 to convert ($4400) and the shares that you now own are then valued at $20,000.

    Correct me if I am wrong.
