We still have a year out, really, but it probably won't be uncommon to see really odd sells for people trying to gather the funds to exercise (as people here are even talking about it). Additionally, it's just so illiquid. If you have to sell, you have to sell.
Remember, share price of heads minus exercise price means absolutely nothing if no one is buying. It's the wrong way to think about it, especially if you're deep in the money.
