If high field MRI lights up like a Christmas tree, i cant see Siemens really wanting to wait to pay an extra multiple on the MRX bet.

ie, if you want to take it over, and your primary reason is toxic Gadolinium replacement with smart precision NP, why wait to have to pay 50c with the market pricing a sniff of MRX success?

Smart thing, then is to make an offer at say 30c, before the market prices an MRX success at say 50c, leaves you in a bidding war at $1.00-2.00 etc. Because once MRX success de-risk, the gloves are off.

Just a thought, and reminder, that we have two irons in this fire, and he that strikes first, on a takeover before the market catapults the real value of MRX success.
