We have the advantage, in the present of simply holding through a period, where recognizing that as the market discovers this, it will price in on a demand basis, as the registry tightens. Less supply, and continued growth in market awareness = sp continued trend upwards.

It wont always go up in a straight line of course, those who take profits, and some malaise periods where it pauses until it reaches the next desk, the next PPP etc.
