I also think its both @ainsleym. Company has stated that multiple patients have enrolled and completed the study. They have started building their team for a bigger trial. More importantly for me they are scaling up production of NP which is the main platform. This will show the potential partners that this technology is scalable. What good is breakthrough technology if you can’t scale up production economically!
Bob also mentioned in the recent video interview, they will approach the potential partners once the phase 1 study results are available. By then, they will also have information on scalability.
I am very optimistic despite the price down trend and lack of communication from the company.
