This deal has been structured to benefit Mercer and no one else by the looks of it and some investigation into possible relationships between Mercer and the company directors would be the way to go.

Come to think of it;

Mercer received $250,00 USD as a one of payment just to sign on the dotted lines.

Whatever the share price is , Mercer will receive shares for 90% less than the market price.

Even if the share price goes to 1 cent they will get their conversion at .9 cents or if the share price goes to $1 they will have their conversion done at 90 cents!!!

They have structured this deal in a way that Mercer will never lose out!!! Lol

Would be very interesting to have someone investigate this. !
