I watched Senator Jane Hume interviewed tonight on the project.
She was pedaling the same line as Morrison etc.
Blaming Labor for not agreeing to it. Arguing that they didn't present it to parliament because the opposition wouldn't accept it.
Doesn't matter that Morrison promised it.
It seems you can promise anything you like, and if the can't get it through, that's ok.
She also claimed that if the COALition was to win the election, that would be a mandate for their version of the ICAC document.
What a load of rubbish !
When asked about Deves comments, she said it was all ok because Deves had apologised.
Once again, it seems that you can say anything you like as long as you say sorry later on.
I am waiting for the media to step up their questioning on these issues.
This is why I say the Canberra dunny needs flushing.
