The people want an ICAC. 85% of participants in the ABC Vote Compass
say corruption is a problem and thats in line with other polling on the issue.
In 2019 before the Federal election the Australia Institute came up with a
poll indicating 80% of Australians supported an Integrity Commission
as per the link below. Consequently Morrison promised to bring one in
but in Govt has broken that promise. Another more recent poll reflects
massive support including from Coalition voters
