I am tempted to buy ICQ but then I feel maybe I am better off...

    I am tempted to buy ICQ but then I feel maybe I am better off buying CAR who are already established and still benefit from any ICQ growth given they arer a large share holder. CAR pay a dividend and offer great growth with less risk.
    Still deciding.
