You make a good point Silsol, whilst indepedent experts are rarely independent when funded by someelse to do a report it would at least give shareholders some confidence.
The only problem is that the chunk of shareholders are holders from around the 1c mark i'd imagine, given the sell off over the year and the 212m+ share issue in march to so called institutional investors, so there voting power will most likely prevail. Like i say, they want this sale to go through and make a tidy return. The sale of 212m shares would of most likely been to 1 investor for $2m 0.094c - so imagine if this shoots to 5 or 10c...
Does anyone know how we can find out who the institutional investor/s were who took the $2m share placement back in March? I feel we can join some dots...
