what makes you think that anyone is interested in a JV.
ADY have been stating for years about a possible JV partner. To date noone has been interested.
The company is a flop.
Slowly but surely it will have no assets left to dispose in my opinion.
There is no guarantee mentioned re cash flow from royalties. The $50m has been mentioned in passing by Icarus's representative. Not even a company director has made a statement.
If i was a shareholder i would be telephoning Stephen Prior demanding answers.
