Thanks for your email. I am afraid I am not providing you with many of the answers that you are seeking because part of the answer to your questions is included in that information memorandum, which at this stage is not a public document.
We have a draft from our lawyers which we are currently reviewing and once approved and the meeting location confirmed, it will be sent out to printing and mailing to shareholders. I anticipate that may happen by no later than mid next week.
In the meantime, I have answered what I can and my answers are below in blue ink.
