I wouldn't say its over, there are still a lot of big players holding big positions in this company...it wouldn't be in their interest to let it fail. I will be interested to see the difference in the current top shareholder allocation to the new one to be posted this week - it should in theory tell us who the new buyer was.
I very much doubt ADY will every be a $1 stock, but if it can get this deal and a deal that is guaranteed and actually delivers and capitalise on other investments i may have a chance of survival.
