So on 16 December FAR said they were notified the Draft Award had been received from the Arbiters. They said at that time that they did not expect to receive the final Award until January or February due to "the process of award finalisation followed by the ICC. Part of that process was a review by the ICC jand FAR was notified on 22 January that approval was granted. Then what's left to do????? Notify the parties you would think??? How can that take 3 weeks? That's why there's endless speculation here but really it could just be a very very slow process.
Sad to see management missed out on their performance rights .... now according to corporate mantra they won't be sufficienly "motivated"!!
