Odd as FAR replied to am email yesterday saying no issues at ICC and the delay was related to getting the panel members signatures of the original document and had been advised ( does not say by whom) it could take up to another two weeks.
The recent quarterly also does not align with PC reported comments as it states the draft award has been approved by the Court.
