As I recall Happy Cats is in the Philippines...Where me and my family spend a fair bit of time as well.....A country where ice (shabu) is rampant, cheap, and likely responsible for the vast majority of robbery, violent crimes across the spectrum, including murder, assault, rape..etc. The crime rate has skyrocketed to the point we have totally lost interest in living there. The number of expats being victims of these drug-crazed animals is just getting too hard to ignore....

The good news in some cities is that the police are actively executing the criminals that do the crimes and their suppliers. The bad news is in some cities the police are involved in it too.
