Absolutely, for obvious smugglers, manufacturers, and dealers....Got no problem with them feeding the flies and ants - maybe you can drop flowers off in their 'memory'afterwards...say a few words for them...how their life would have been different if they got a pair of expensive tennis shoes for Christmas in '98 but instead were driven into criminality by the shame and indignity. I suppose you'd rather have them live next door to you instead. Maybe supplying your kids...
We have some great young people in Australia...I noticed most wear uniforms....
