It would be difficult to pull one eye out with your fingers before staff were able to intervene, but both eyes...yeh, right.

If this is the level of bureaucratic attempts to turn people off trying the drug, then they want to realize that people will see through lies and the outcome of the propaganda will have an equal and opposite effect to the one originally intended.

Surely the truth is bad enough to turn potential users off.
