I've met a few egotistical post grads that lectured for a bit before their post grad was let go by the University, because of behaviour or non-performance.
They tend to be a bit bitter and grumpy.

The ozone hole is repairing due to reduction in flourocarbon emissions, thanks to the work of scientists in identifying the problem, other scientists who developed CFC free refrigerants and international agreement to ban CFCs.
I'd say any university would be better off without you. But good luck anyway.
