    One of buy back policies is used to support share price. That is true.

    However, buy back policy can be served for many other purposes. One of them is used to reduce reserve cash via reducing number issued shares.

    If number issued shares in term of less than 200M, then buy back will protect the interest of long term investors.

    MCR is in unique circumstance. Buy back will protect current SP and interest of long term investors.
