That doesn't explain why it's not visible in the level 2 data, but only on the surplus volume summary. The price hasn't crossed 94.5c for two days, despite the volume (around 1mil shares each day).
The most likely explanation is an iceberg order and one of the large institutional shareholders selling. I guess the traders have to take profit some time to earn their bonuses...
That doesn't explain why it's not visible in the level 2 data,...
